Hi, I’m Adderly Majuru, founder of Avid Growth.
I’ve spent years working with manufacturers who are excellent at what they make but overwhelmed by how it all runs behind the scenes. My passion is helping business owners build structure, flow, and consistency—so growth feels exciting again, not exhausting. “I’ve seen how much potential manufacturers have when their operations run smoothly. My passion is helping them design systems that free up their time, reduce errors, and unlock growth.
